Intensive Care Manager – Kids Team:

Responsibilities and Duties

Under professional supervision, the Intensive Care Manager coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities and maintains client records.

As healthcare reform advances and health homes become the norm, behavioral health Care Managers are required to expand their capacity in healthcare navigation, build on existing skills in behavior health change and gain a better understanding of the common health problems and basic interventions for individuals with mental illness and those with chronic health problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree AND minimum two years recent experience working with children

OR

High School diploma or equivalent AND any combination of behavioral health education, training and experience totaling four years

We are looking for an Adult Therapist for our General Mental Health (GMH) team who embodies our mission of compassionate care.

Therapists provide individual, group and family therapy.

We are looking for candidates motivated to participate in client staffing, coordinate client care amongst multiple disciplines, while developing and implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care.

An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is preferred.

This position will work half time as a SMI Care Manager and half time as a Crisis Response Specialist.

SMI Care Manager role coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities and maintains client records.  As healthcare reform advances and health homes become the norm, behavioral health Care Managers are required to expand their capacity in healthcare navigation, build on existing skills in behavior health change and gain a better understanding of the common health problems and basic interventions for individuals with mental illness and those with chronic health problems.

Crisis Response Specialist role accepts direct calls from Community Response Network (CRN), law enforcement, first responders and supervisors for prompt community response on a flexible schedule that may include providing client transport to medically necessary services and well checks. As a Crisis Response Specialist you will perform crisis assessments in the community and Emergency Department.  You must be able to work closely with law enforcement, first responders, persons receiving crisis services and their supports under stressful situations at all hours in a professional and calm manor.

Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED plus any combination of behavioral health education, training and experience totaling 4 years

OR

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field plus 1 year behavioral health experience

Adult Psychiatrist (MD or PNP):

As a psychiatry professional specializing in the needs of adults, you support the mission of our whole healthcare team.  Psychiatric providers complete psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, staff consultation, training, and more. You will work closely with our primary care and clinical teams to make sure we are meeting both the physical and behavioral needs of clients. What we need from you: a current license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona which includes a current DEA license. We are looking for board-certified or board-eligible providers.  Shining candidates are compassionate providers who work well on teams and have a heart for patient-centered care.   This position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.  Full and part-time options are available.  Competitive health benefits, CME, and 401k benefits included for full-time psychiatry providers.
