**UPDATED** Adult Care Manager: As part of the clinical team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working as a team and semi-independently in a fast paced environment. The ICM, under professional supervision, coordinates treatment activities, participates in client staffings, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides case management activities, and maintains client records.Required: Bachelor’s degree in any field and one year experience working with population, OR Associates degree and at least two years of Full-time Behavioral Health Experience, OR High school diploma/GED plus any combination of behavioral health education, training and experience totaling four years. This position will carry a 50/50 caseload of regular clients and med monitoring only clients.

**NEW** Adult Clinical Director – SMI: This position will work to implement and manage the clinical activities, programs, and services related to the SMI (seriously mentally ill) population and will also supervise the mobile crisis team. Responsible for the clinical supervision of staff and monitoring key performance indicators. Responsible for submission of required program reports and program compliance. Minimum required: Master’s degree in behavioral health field. Three years work experience working with population served. Preferred: Current licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and three years supervisory experience that would indicate the ability to perform program management responsibilities. This position pays a sign on bonus after 90 days. Salary between $65,000 and $68,000 DOE.

Adult Therapist – GMH: As part of the GMH (General Mental Health) team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working as a team and independently in a fast paced environment. Therapists provide individual, group and family therapy, participate in client’s staffing, coordinate client care, develop and implement treatment plans, maintain client records, provide back-up crisis coverage, and perform other duties as assigned. For this position, you must be willing and able to work flexible hours and facilitate night groups. Minimum educational requirement: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field. Independent licensure (LCSW) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners preferred. EMDR or DBT certification preferred. Sign on bonus paid after 90 days.

Behavioral Health Workers: As a BHW on our SMI Team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that consists primarily of medicaid clients. In addition, you must be comfortable with our highest needs population, which are those who have been diagnosed as seriously mentally ill. Under professional supervision, the BHW accepts life skills educational assignments, participates in client staffings, develops and implements living skills training assignments according to frequency and intensity determined on the current treatment plan, coordinates these assignments with case management activities, maintains client progress notes for interventions assigned to them, and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum req’d: High School degree/GED and 6 weeks behavioral health work experience.

Child and Family Therapist: As part of the kids team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working as a team and independently in a fast paced environment. Therapists provide individual, group and family therapy in a variety of settings, You will also participate in client’s staffing, coordinate client care, develop and implement treatment plans, facilitate clinical team processes, provide clinically appropriate risk assessment and clinical crisis intervention services, maintain client records, and performs other duties as assigned. Minimum req’d: Masters Degree in a behavioral health field. Licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners preferred. Sign on bonus after 90 days

Family Nurse Practitioner: FNP’s are part of an interdisciplinary integrated care team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, care managers, behavioral health workers and peer recovery specialists. As part of the primary care team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that includes everyone from mentally ill clients to low income clients on AHCCCS to general population clients who are private pay or private insurance. You will work with some integrated clients and some who are primary care clients only. We operate with a care team model which allows our providers to focus on medical care of patients while MA’s handle anything not requiring a medical degree. This enables our providers to provide prompt quality care to more patients. Primary Care providers support and advance the Spectrum Healthcare integrated care mission by providing a wide range of primary health care services which encompasses health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of commonly encountered health problems. The position must be licensed to treat all ages. Required: current, unencumbered Arizona license; current, unencumbered DEA license. This position pays a sign on and relocation bonus.

Internal Medicine Provider: You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that includes everyone from mentally ill clients to low income clients on AHCCCS to general population clients who are private pay or private insurance. You will work with some integrated clients and some who are internal medicine clients only. We operate with a care team model which allows our providers to focus on medical care of patients while MA’s handle anything not requiring a medical degree. This enables our providers to provide prompt quality care to more patients. As part of our team, you will see adult patients to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. This position pays a sign on and relocation bonus.

**POSITION FILLED**   Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech: The medical assistant/patient care tech provides support to the prescribers, including individual prescriptions, call backs, face to face monitoring, preparation and monitoring of bubble packs, in addition to administrative functions. The MA/PCT participates in quality improvement activities and performs other duties as assigned. Works as a team member in an integrated care setting (behavioral health and primary care). At least one year experience in medical office setting. Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Sign on bonus after 90 days.

**POSITIONS FILLED** Outpatient Mental Health Therapist(s): Spectrum Healthcare is branching out into the private pay market and therapists in this position will work only with cash or private insurance clients (no Medicaid). The therapist will  conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess and assign clients to appropriate levels of care and conducts individual, and family therapy based on the level of care specified .  The therapist will provide clinically appropriate risk assessment and crisis intervention services as needed or refer agency crisis services when indicated.  This position is part-time with flexible hours and will pay a minimum wage, plus an additional amount per patient seen to start, transitioning to a true fee for service model once clinician develops a caseload. Earnings potential $50,000 or more for part-time work.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: PNP’s are part of an interdisciplinary integrated care team that includes primary care providers, therapists, care managers, behavioral health workers and peer recovery specialists. As part of the psychiatry team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that consists primarily of Medicaid clients. In addition, you must be comfortable with our highest needs population, which are those who have been diagnosed as seriously mentally ill.  Required: current, unencumbered Arizona license; current, unencumbered DEA license. This will also be a mobile position with offices in Northern Arizona – including Sedona, Cottonwood, and Camp Verde. This position pays a sign on and relocation bonus.
