Access to Care Clinical Supervisor: We are looking for a licensed therapist who will lead our Access to Care clinical team (Intake therapists). This position supervises the clinical intake team and works closely with the Access to Care Administrative supervisor to ensure clients receive prompt, courteous, quality care. Spectrum believes strongly in a whole health model of care, and our Access to Care team is the ‘entryway’ to that care. Intake therapists are responsible for both initial intake and the provision of on-site, crisis services during business hours. This team also completes comprehensive assessments or crisis assessments with individuals of all ages. What we need from you: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is required. Supervisory experience of at least one year is preferred.  Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time therapists. In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days.

Adult Psychiatrist (MD or PNP): As a psychiatry professional specializing in the needs of adults, you support the mission of our whole healthcare team.  Psychiatric providers complete psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, staff consultation, training, and more. You will work closely with our primary care and clinical teams to make sure we are meeting both the physical and behavioral needs of clients. What we need from you: a current license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona which includes a current DEA license. We are looking for board-certified or board-eligible providers.  Shining candidates are compassionate providers who work well on teams and have a heart for patient-centered care.   This position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.  Full and part-time options are available.  Competitive health benefits, CME, and 401k benefits included for full-time psychiatry providers.

 Adult Therapist(s): We are looking for adult therapists who embody our mission of compassionate care.  Spectrum believes strongly in a whole health model of care, and our adult therapy team plays a large part in the care management of our customers, while coordinating and advocating for health.   Therapists provide individual, group, and family therapy.   Looking for candidates motivated to participate in client staffing, coordinate client care amongst multiple disciplines, while developing and implementing treatment plans.  Options available for flexible scheduling, full and part-time positions are available.  What we need from you: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is preferred. Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time therapists. In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days! Bonus amounts range from $1,000 for an MSW to $2,500 if you are independently licensed.

Crisis Response Specialist:We are looking for people who want to be a part of our elite mobile crisis response team. In the position, you will be part of a team that accepts direct calls from the Community Response Network (CRN), law enforcement, first responders and supervisors for prompt community response on a flexible schedule that may include providing client transport to medically necessary services and well checks. To be a part of this elite team, the minimum requirements are a high school degree and 4 years experience working in the behavioral health field or an associates or bachelors degree in a behavioral health field, plus experience totaling 4 years. You must have a willingness to learn and a passion for helping people. Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time staff.

**POSITION FILLED** Customer Service RepOur  Customer Service Representatives are valued as the voice and heart of Spectrum Healthcare Group.   These team members are skilled in communication and motivated to help clients get the care they need, when they need it.  Looking for compassionate and enthusiastic candidates who are full of heart and looking for a way to demonstrate compassion through being part of our front line – staffing phone calls and front desks.  Must have a willingness to learn, and be an enthusiastic team player Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time staff.

Direct Support Provider(s):  These team members coordinate and collaborate with primary therapists, care managers, families and other agencies to work with particular at-risk children. The DSP provides and documents Living Skills, Family Support, Case Management, and Transportation services as described on the child’s Behavioral Health Service plan. Must have a willingness to learn, and be an enthusiastic team player.  If you have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years demonstrated experience in working with children and their families – this could be the job for you! Intensive Care Manager:  As healthcare reform advances and health homes become the norm, behavioral health Care Managers are required to expand their capacity in healthcare navigation, build on existing skills in behavior health change and gain a better understanding of the common behavioral and physical health problems and basic interventions for individuals with mental illness and those with chronic health problems. You must be an enthusiastic team member with a dedication to learning and to working with families and children. Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree and two years recent experience working with children, or High School diploma or equivalent AND any combination of behavioral health education, training and experience totaling four years. **POSITION UPDATED** Positive Behavior Support Coach (part-time): The Positive Behavior Support (PBS) coach will train program staff, teachers and/or family members directly (i.e. in person with the opportunity for questions and discussions) on the implementation of the behavior support plan. This position will prepare and facilitate on the job staff training/program modeling and provide parent training. The successful candidate will also monitor the behavior data and provide descriptive progress notes on a monthly basis. Additional duties include conducting treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of the behavior support plan along with reviewing behavior data to discuss at weekly program meetings. Minimum required: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, current BCBA certification plus 2 years BCBA experience, experience writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, recent experience working with children 3-8 years old. To be successful in the position, you should be creative, organized and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Job will require approximately 10 to 15 hours per week. Starting pay $30/hour, no benefits other than those required by law.

Primary Care/Internal Medicine Provider (MD or NP):  Looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated family practice and internal medicine providers.  At Spectrum, you’ll work with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals (including psychiatrists, care managers, therapists, and more) all dedicated to whole-person care.  You have multiple locations to choose from, with full and part-time options available.  Spectrum is looking for compassionate providers who work well on teams and have a heart for patient-centered care.   This position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.  Competitive health benefits, CME, and 401k benefits included for full-time providers. What we need from you: a current license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona which includes a current DEA license.  Board-certified or board-eligible providers are preferred.

**POSITION FILLED** Registered NurseWe are expanding and we need you at our ‘new’ (to us) location in beautiful Prescott. This practice is a thriving ‘bread and butter’ practice and we would love to have you on our team! If you have experience in behavioral health, that would be ideal.  What we need from you: Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing, or Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing. Current, unencumbered Arizona Nurse License. In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days!
