 Access to Care Clinical Supervisor: Spectrum believes strongly in a whole health model of care, and our Access to Care team is the ‘entryway’ to that care. We are looking for a licensed therapist who will lead our Access to Care clinical team (Intake therapists). This position supervises the clinical intake team and works closely with the Access to Care Administrative supervisor to ensure clients receive prompt, courteous, quality care. Intake therapists are responsible for both initial intake and the provision of on-site, crisis services during business hours. This team also completes comprehensive assessments or crisis assessments with individuals of all ages.  What we need from you: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is required. Supervisory experience of at least one year is preferred.  Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time therapists. In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days.

Adult Program Director: We are looking for a licensed therapist who will lead our General Mental Health team. This position supervises the GMH team and works to ensure clients receive prompt, courteous, quality care. The director implements and manages the clinical activities, programs, and services related to the population served and makes sure that Spectrum’s model of Access to Care (care when, where and how a client needs it) is met for these clients.  The director is also responsible for the clinical supervision of staff, for monitoring key performance indicators, and for submission of required program reports and program compliance. What we need from you: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is required. Supervisory experience of at least one year is preferred. Must be able to work flexible hours.  Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time therapists. In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days.

Adult Psychiatrist (MD or PNP): As a psychiatry professional specializing in the needs of adults, you support the mission of our whole healthcare team.  Psychiatric providers complete psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, staff consultation, training, and more. You will work closely with our primary care and clinical teams to make sure we are meeting both the physical and behavioral needs of clients. What we need from you: a current license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona which includes a current DEA license. We are looking for board-certified or board-eligible providers.  Shining candidates are compassionate providers who work well on teams and have a heart for patient-centered care.   This position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.  Full and part-time options are available.  Competitive health benefits, CME, and 401k benefits included for full-time psychiatry providers.

The successful applicant will embrace and embody our mission of compassionate care.  Spectrum believes strongly in a whole health model of care, and our adult therapy team plays a large part in the care management of our customers, while coordinating and advocating for health.   Therapists provide individual, group, and family therapy.   Looking for candidates motivated to participate in client staffing, coordinate client care amongst multiple disciplines, while developing and implementing treatment plans.  Options available for flexible scheduling.  What we need from you: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is preferred. Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time therapists. In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days! Bonus amounts range from $1,000 for an MSW to $2,500 if you are independently licensed.

Adult Therapist(s) – fee for service: We are looking for adult therapists who embody our mission of compassionate care to meet the needs of the private insurance and private pay market. These positions are part-time to start, but can become full-time as you build your caseload. You will be paid per client seen. What we need from you: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. Arizona independent license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is also required. Your can earn upwards of $40,000 for part-time and over $70,000 for full-time as you build your clientele.  In addition to a competitive starting salary, you get a sign on bonus after 90 days!

A/R Accounting Specialist:  In this position, you will be a member of our all important accounting team. As with all of our positions, excellent customer service and the ability to work well with other team members is critical for your success with Spectrum. Your duties will include: preparing daily bank deposits, reconciling company insurance bills, assisting with the company 401k plan, assisting with cash tracking, inputing data for month end reports, providing back up coverage to accounts payable, and performing other duties as assigned. Minimum experience and education needed: high school diploma or GED preferred. Accounting experience and/or education preferred. Previous experience operating various office equipment (personal computer, photocopier, fax machine, etc.). Previous experience performing clerical duties in a medical setting.  Intermediate to advance excel skills required. Please note: this position is not eligible for telecommuting.

“”POSITION FILLED** Behavioral Health Worker (BHW):  You will work closely with some of our most high needs clients. You must embrace our model of compassionate care and be a good team player since you will work closely with Recovery Specialists, Care Managers, and Therapists in providing services to these clients. You must be comfortable working out in the community as well as onsite.  Your will be on developing living skills training assignments based on treatment plans and should have good computer skills since documenting your work with clients in our EMR is an essential function of this job.  Minimum required: Associates Degree OR High School Diploma/GED AND 6 weeks behavioral health work experience; or 6 weeks continuous on-site direction from a behavioral health professional, Behavioral Health Technician or Behavioral Health Paraprofessional who has at least 6 months behavioral health work experience.

Claims Review Specialist:  You will help us stay compliant and make sure our direct care staff are coding services properly. Under the supervision of our Compliance Officer and in cooperation with our current claims review specialist, you will help perform internal compliance reviews of clinical services, assist clinical staff with service coding/documentation, prepare and distribute auditing reports and assist supervisors and managers in interpreting those reports. You may also assist with internal fiscal audits when necessary. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills and will be an enthusiastic team player. What we need from you: High School diploma or GED; prior work experience in medical billing, coding, or auditing; what we would prefer: Certified Professional Coder (CPC).

**POSITIONS FILLED** Customer Service Rep – front office (Sedona and Cottonwood): Our customer service reps are valued as the voice and heart of Spectrum Healthcare Group.   These team members are skilled in communication and motivated to help clients get the care they need, when they need it.  Looking for compassionate and enthusiastic candidates who are full of heart and looking for a way to demonstrate compassion through being part of our front line – we will count on you to calmly and competently guide clients through the check in and check out process and assist as necessary.  Must have a willingness to learn, and be an enthusiastic team player. Direct Support Provider(s):  These team members coordinate and collaborate with primary therapists, care managers, families and other agencies to work with particular at-risk children. The DSP provides and documents Living Skills, Family Support, Case Management, and Transportation services as described on the child’s Behavioral Health Service plan. Must have a willingness to learn, and be an enthusiastic team player.  If you have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years demonstrated experience in working with children and their families – this could be the job for you! Primary Care/Internal Medicine Provider (MD or NP):  Looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated family practice and internal medicine providers.  At Spectrum, you’ll work with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals (including psychiatrists, care managers, therapists, and more) all dedicated to whole-person care.  You have multiple locations to choose from, with full and part-time options available.  Spectrum is looking for compassionate providers who work well on teams and have a heart for patient-centered care.   This position offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.  Competitive health benefits, CME, and 401k benefits included for full-time providers. What we need from you: a current license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona which includes a current DEA license.  Board-certified or board-eligible providers are preferred.

**POSITION UPDATED** Recovery Specialist: Looking for team player with lived experience with Substance Use Disorder to provide recovery oriented training, outreach, transportation and support services to individuals and groups within the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program. You will help encourage clients to pursue recovery oriented activities both within the agency and the community by modeling a positive frame of mind, hope and self-determination.  You may also assist in advocacy of client needs and right and participate in client consultations.  You will need (at minimum): High school diploma or GED.  You also must have proof that you have completed WRAP and Peer Employment Training and you should be a recipient of mental health services as defined by ADHS and have experience (lived or professional) in substance use disorders. These are part-time positions at $10.50/hour. No benefits other than those required by law.

**NEW POSITION** RN Care Manager:  Looking for caring, compassionate nurses with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with all levels of staffs – teamwork and communication are vital for this position.  Our RN Care Managers incorporate the skills of a nurse, care manager, educator, and patient advocate. This position provides liaison coordination between the client, Behavioral Health Providers, Primary Care Providers, and peer supports, based on client need and determination of services.  You will also provides counseling, case management, and education to clients as related to their medical and behavioral disease states while helping to ensure clients are engaged to health and wellness services. Position may require periodic participation in peer review activities. Minimum requirements: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred) from an Accredited School of Nursing, or Associates Degree in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing, and Current, unencumbered Arizona Registered Nurse License. Experience in the use of evidence-based care, managing complexity, active engagement of clients/ families/caregivers.  The RN should understand interdisciplinary-team care, theories/strategies for individualized care and behavioral change, quality improvement, and delivery of services across an episode of acute care. At least one year experience in primary care and/or one year experience in Behavioral Health.
