We are adding the following positions to our dedicated staff of caring professionals.

Adult Clinical Supervisor – SMI:  This position will work to supervise the clinical activities, programs, and services of the SMI and Crisis Care Managers. Responsible for the clinical supervision of staff and monitoring key performance indicators. Will work closely with the SMI/Crisis Program Director and with the BHW/Recovery Specialist Clinical Supervisor. Minimum required: Master’s degree in behavioral health field. Three years work experience working with population served. Preferred: Current licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and one year supervisory experience that would indicate the ability to perform program management responsibilities. This position pays a bonus after 90 days.

Adult Therapist – GMH: As part of the GMH (General Mental Health) team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working as a team and independently in a fast paced environment. Therapists provide individual, group and family therapy, participate in client’s staffing, coordinate client care, develop and implement treatment plans, maintain client records, provide back-up crisis coverage, and perform other duties as assigned. For this position, you must be willing and able to work flexible hours and facilitate night groups. Minimum educational requirement: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field. Independent licensure (LCSW) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners preferred. EMDR or DBT certification preferred. Sign on bonus paid after 90 days.

Family Nurse Practitioner: FNP’s are part of an interdisciplinary integrated care team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, care managers, behavioral health workers and peer recovery specialists. As part of the primary care team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that includes everyone from mentally ill clients to low income clients on AHCCCS to general population clients who are private pay or private insurance. You will work with some integrated clients and some who are primary care clients only. We operate with a care team model which allows our providers to focus on medical care of patients while MA’s handle anything not requiring a medical degree. This enables our providers to provide prompt quality care to more patients. Primary Care providers support and advance the Spectrum Healthcare integrated care mission by providing a wide range of primary health care services which encompasses health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of commonly encountered health problems. The position must be licensed to treat all ages. Required: current, unencumbered Arizona license; current, unencumbered DEA license. This position pays a sign on and relocation bonus.

Internal Medicine Provider: You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that includes everyone from mentally ill clients to low income clients on AHCCCS to general population clients who are private pay or private insurance. You will work with some integrated clients and some who are internal medicine clients only. We operate with a care team model which allows our providers to focus on medical care of patients while MA’s handle anything not requiring a medical degree. This enables our providers to provide prompt quality care to more patients. As part of our team, you will see adult patients to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. This position pays a sign on and relocation bonus.

Intensive Care Manager – Kids: Under professional supervision, coordinates treatment activity, participates in client staffing, implements treatment plans, provides rehabilitation services, provides general health care management activities, and maintains client records. As healthcare reform advances and health homes become the norm, behavioral health Care Managers are required to expand their capacity in healthcare navigation, build on existing skills in behavior health change, and gain a better understanding of the common health problems and basic interventions for individuals with mental illness and those with chronic health problems. This position is part of the intensive care team for kids. Minimum required: Bachelor’s degree in any field and two years experience working with population; OR High school diploma or GED plus any combination of behavioral health education, training and experience totaling four years. Must have good computer skills

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner: PNP’s are part of an interdisciplinary integrated care team that includes primary care providers, therapists, care managers, behavioral health workers and peer recovery specialists. As part of the psychiatry team, you will work closely with co-workers to provide quality care to our clients. You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with a population that consists primarily of Medicaid clients. In addition, you must be comfortable with our highest needs population, which are those who have been diagnosed as seriously mentally ill.  Required: current, unencumbered Arizona license; current, unencumbered DEA license. This position pays a sign on and relocation bonus.
